Problem

A network of real estate investors wanted to reach out to sellers directly. They wanted to target sellers who were ready to sell without the need to worry about Realtors and repairs and offered full privacy and flexibility when it came to selling their real estate. 

Solution

We created advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram that targeted people who were thinking about selling their home quickly and without any hassles. We used language that would grab their attention and kept it simple, while also expanding on what the buyers offered. The ads were attention-grabbing with large font and to-the-point.

Results

The website started having a steady stream of traffic and a few bookings within the first month. We implemented a robust SEO strategy to ensure that it shows up on search engines for interested customers. The mobile-friendly site meant that it could be viewed on any device with ease.

The advertising campaign took off with ease. Many users on social media positively interacted with the ads on both Facebook and Instagram. We started getting bookings straight away through the summer and within the first month, the reviews started rolling in. This further solidified the brand salience of this property as customers had a terrific time at the property.
