CASE STUDY
Lost Lake Resort
Branding, Website & Advertising
Problem
Lost Lake Resort was a recently renovated luxury resort in Ontario that had just started to offer its exceptional space to short term rental guests. They had no brand salience and no reviews to instill trust in potential guests to book a stay at the resort.
Solution
We started off with crafting bespoke branding for the rental property. The logo, color schemes and font styles would exude luxury to whomever laid their eyes on anything related to the property. The timeless gold and black color combination, along with a sophisticated font combination ensured just that.
We created a simple, yet effective website in which interested people could learn about the property and implemented a booking system for them to reserve their stay without the use of third-party websites. It showed the facilities and features of the property, photos and a video.
We also implemented an advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram that piqued enough interest for people to click through to Airbnb and book their stay. This included a video, photo and carousel ads.

Results
The website started having a steady stream of traffic and a few bookings within the first month. We implemented a robust SEO strategy to ensure that it shows up on search engines for interested customers. The mobile-friendly site meant that it could be viewed on any device with ease.
The advertising campaign took off with ease. Many users on social media positively interacted with the ads on both Facebook and Instagram. We started getting bookings straight away through the summer and within the first month, the reviews started rolling in. This further solidified the brand salience of this property as customers had a terrific time at the property.
